3. What to expect during our coaching program?

Each coaching session is 50 minutes long while focusing on your challenges and goals. You will have access to the client log where you can access hundreds of forms, documents, and resources. You can stay in touch with your coach through the client log before, between and after sessions.

4. Which of the packages provided by Lalik Health and Wellness LLC is for me?

· Jump Start Package (3-month) is for those who have no experience with health coaching and would like to see small and instant results. It spans 3 months and includes 9 sessions plus tools.

· Deep Dive Package (6-month) is for those who like to make a long-term transformation in their health and life. It spans 6 months and includes 18 sessions plus tools.

5. Are there any other programs like yours?

There are different health coaches who help people with chronic illnesses, however there is no other health coach living with MS and designed her program specifically based on the common challenges and struggles of people living with MS.

6. What if this program didn’t work for me, Can I get my money back?

Only if you show up to all your sessions and follow the action steps in the first month of the coaching program and still didn’t find this program helpful will you receive your money back.
