Hi I’m Sanam Saeedi.
A Certified Health & Life coach with a focus on Multiple Sclerosis.
I have been in your shoes before. When I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, I was confused, scared, depressed, and lonely. My inability to exercise and neglectful eating led to my 20-pound weight gain. My confidence was at an all-time low.
However, with the help of my engineering background, I started educating myself about MS and both its conventional and non-conventional treatments. I committed to changing my diet, lifestyle, and mindset with this newfound information, hoping that my physical and emotional issues would improve.
In the couple of months that followed, I felt a significant improvement in my energy level and bowel function. My depression had lessened. As I continued to improve both emotionally and physically, my path became clear. I decided to become a Health & Life Coach with a focus on Multiple Sclerosis. My goal is to guide, share, and inspire people with MS, to find their path to the life they would like to live towards living confidently, positively and with hope for the future.

As a health and wellness coach, I find joy and purpose in helping those who are ready to make a transformation in their life.
My health and life coaching program are for those who:
- Live with Multiple Sclerosis and have minimal support and resources.
- Find themselves caught in a cycle of feeling frustrated due to a lack of mobility, severe fatigue and low energy, and are stressed over future MS flare ups.
- Have a strong desire to stop the cycle of frustration and stress.
- Are ready to manage their fatigue and have more energy, to improve their physical strength and flexibility, and enjoy their life with the company of their loved ones.
- Need accountability in order to ensure that positive habits are consistently a.dhered to
